A few things to remember …

❄️ SNOW ❄️

  • Homeowners and residents are responsible for snow removal from sidewalks, driveways and approaches on their property.
  • What snow falls on your property is your snow, and not something you can ”give” to your neighbor or put out into the street.

🎄HOLIDAY DECORATIONS ☃️

  • Decorations and Christmas lights are allowed between one week prior to Thanksgiving and January 31st.

PARKING REGULATIONS are especially important for Snow Removal Equipment.

  • Hunter’s Glen has a 48 hour restriction on parking recreational vehicles, (boats trailers, ATVs, etc.) in the yard, driveway and on the street. These types of vehicles need to be stored in the garage or behind a standard sight obscuring fence for any period of time over 48 hours. The City of Post Falls ordinance 10.20.060  restricts parking of any vehicle or recreational vehicle to 48 hours at the same location or combination of locations within the same block on any public street in the City.

Pets

  • Please walk dogs on a leash and clean up after them year-round.

Trash cans

  • Bins must be put away and out of sight within 12 hours of the scheduled trash collection.

Our 2nd Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale will be held May 16, 2026.

*HOA dues will increase 10% in 2027*

Planning on making a change?

Our HOA requires homeowners to request approval from the Board for any changes to the home and property visible from the street. These changes include, but are not limited to: fencing, paint colors, roofing material/color, architectural modifications/additions, significant modification of landscaping, and back yard structures visible from the street.

about

Hunters Glen is a cozy neighborhood tucked away in the beautiful city of Post Falls, Idaho. We are a community of 140 homes within the boundaries of Weatherby Avenue, Widgeon Street, Ithaca Street and Canvasback Avenue.  Our neighborhood borders Kiwanis Park and has lovely mature trees with green spaces and trails. We have a nearby library, excellent schools, and access to the Spokane river. We pride ourselves on keeping well-maintained homes and encouraging a sense of community.

Since 2001, our Homeowners Association (HOA) has been led by a volunteer, homeowner elected board of directors. We share the same motivation to ensure our investments are looked after while protecting and preserving the rights of all homeowners.
