Our HOA requires homeowners to request approval from the Board for any changes to the home and property visible from the street. These changes include, but are not limited to: fencing, paint colors, roofing material/color, architectural modifications/additions, significant modification of landscaping, and back yard structures visible from the street.
Hunters Glen is a cozy neighborhood tucked away in the beautiful city of Post Falls, Idaho. We are a community of 140 homes within the boundaries of Weatherby Avenue, Widgeon Street, Ithaca Street and Canvasback Avenue. Our neighborhood borders Kiwanis Park and has lovely mature trees with green spaces and trails. We have a nearby library, excellent schools, and access to the Spokane river. We pride ourselves on keeping well-maintained homes and encouraging a sense of community.
Since 2001, our Homeowners Association (HOA) has been led by a volunteer, homeowner elected board of directors. We share the same motivation to ensure our investments are looked after while protecting and preserving the rights of all homeowners.
